Vendor Spotlight this weekend at the Farmers' Market

"Cindy and Ed, the owner/operators of Cascade Brook Farm, will be on hand to answer any and all of your questions related to beef, from conception to your dinner table . Cindy will be preparing, searing and serving (Ed will help serve) some of Cascade Brook Farm's 100% Grass Fed Black Angus Beef. Cindy will describe some prep and cooking methods, illustrate some qualities to look for in the different cuts. Ed is a Director in Vermont Beef Producers Association and Granite State Grazers. He is also one of only 7 members in NH of the American Angus Association. He will attempt to answer your questions regarding beef breeds, processing, grass farming and producing premium, well bred beef."
