Micro Mama's

Micro Mama’s offers a solution to the one crucial flaw of the Locavore movement – in colder climates, there is a shorter growing season. Micro Mama’s offers a perfect and delicious solution- extend the life of produce with lacto-fermentation, link the grower directly to the consumer, support and stimulate self-sustaining local economy. It’s a win-win-win situation. Locally grown, produced and consumed living food. The formation of Business Supported Agriculture pods, B-pods, creates a series of networks all working together to stimulate local economy by creating a demand for more varied and plentiful fresh fruits, vegetables and herbs.

13th Market Day 2-4-17

Are you ready for some football?! The Super Bowl has become an unofficial food holiday, inspiring folks to arrange mounds of snack foods into the shape of a stadium. Create a football field out of guacamole if you must, but kick it up a notch and add some pastured-raised beef to those nachos! Spice up your dips with chutney and sauces made right here in New Hampshire. That tower of sandwiches will taste better when the bread is hearty, fresh, and local! And when it comes to dessert trays, we have you covered with all sorts of delectable treats. Visit us on Saturday from 10 a.m.

April Showers Bring May Flowers

Summer is coming,  April is the perfect time to really start feeling healthy. Ask ten people what healthy eating means to them, and you'll likely get ten different answers. The Winter Market is the perfect place to begin healthful habits. Farmers' markets are an excellent way to get on the path to healthier eating, by offering a variety of vegetables and fruits, pasture-raised meat, and minimally-processed meals.  April showers give you the time in the kitchen to improve healthful habits!

We Promise, Spring is Coming!

Let us make your everlasting wait for spring seem a brighter. The market is filled with fresh local vegetables, that seem almost like the summer we are dreaming of.  Come visit us at our greenhouse and take in the sights, smells, and excitement of the market; you'll forget about the rain while you're here, and will be inspired to experience the healthy and locally-produced foods offered by nearly 30 vendors.
