In 2013, Pastry Chef and Owner, Corinne Cline graduated from the Professional Pastry Program at The Cambridge School of Culinary Arts in Cambridge, Massachusetts. Upon graduation,  she received the St. Michel Award for overall excellence in the pastry arts. Corinne was fortunate to study under the direction of Delphin Gomes, New England's premier master pastry chef. Following her graduation, Corinne worked as a production baker at Boston's well-known pastry shop, Flour Bakery + Café.

She is a 2012 graduate of Hiram College and 2008 graduate of Proctor Academy. It was during her Proctor study abroad program in France that Corinne first gained an appreciation for European pastry. She has since returned to France several times and has studied at L'Institut Paul Bocuse in Lyon. 

Corinne has recently returned to her home state of New Hampshire to provide authentic French pastries and cakes to clients throughout the Northeast.

It has been another  banner year at the Winter Farmers' Market! We've been excited to see larger and larger attendance each week as people discover the wonderful array of fresh and local goods offered, as well as the convenience and beauty of our location. Our vendors represent the small farms and food artisans of New Hampshire who are proud to provide sustainably-raised, high-quality, and healthful products. As we end the winter market season, we thank you for your support, and invite you to continue buying local at the summer market on Capitol Street in Concord.

Summer is coming,  April is the perfect time to really start feeling healthy. Ask ten people what healthy eating means to them, and you'll likely get ten different answers. The Winter Market is the perfect place to begin healthful habits. Farmers' markets are an excellent way to get on the path to healthier eating, by offering a variety of vegetables and fruits, pasture-raised meat, and minimally-processed meals.  April showers give you the time in the kitchen to improve healthful habits!

Let us make your everlasting wait for spring seem a brighter. The market is filled with fresh local vegetables, that seem almost like the summer we are dreaming of.  Come visit us at our greenhouse and take in the sights, smells, and excitement of the market; you'll forget about the rain while you're here, and will be inspired to experience the healthy and locally-produced foods offered by nearly 30 vendors.

 Spice up your winter meals with some flavors that you can only get locally at your  market. The cold is here so adding some hot chutney or spicy mustard may be just what you need.  Come to the market this Saturday and fill your shopping bag with new exciting flavors.  Fresh local food is what warms the heart, so come and feel the warmth at the Winter Market and spice up your winter!

When is the last time you could point to items in your pantry and say, this food came from within 30 miles of my home? If you're a regular shopper at the Winter Farmers' Market, chances are pretty good that you can make that statement. If you haven't visited us yet, now is a great time to check out what producers right here in New Hampshire have to offer. These hard-working farmers and artisans are busy year-round to bring you vegetables and fruit, locally-raised meats, dairy, baked goods, and even personal care items.

13th Market Day 2-4-17

Are you ready for some football?! The Super Bowl has become an unofficial food holiday, inspiring folks to arrange mounds of snack foods into the shape of a stadium. Create a football field out of guacamole if you must, but kick it up a notch and add some pastured-raised beef to those nachos! Spice up your dips with chutney and sauces made right here in New Hampshire. That tower of sandwiches will taste better when the bread is hearty, fresh, and local! And when it comes to dessert trays, we have you covered with all sorts of delectable treats. Visit us on Saturday from 10 a.m.
